Accountability & Accuracy

Report an Issue or Correction

We welcome submissions from employees, employers, payroll specialists, and attorneys to ensure our calculation engines maintain absolute statutory fidelity.

How We Handle Reported Corrections

When a correction or statutory change is submitted, our review procedure includes:

  1. Source Verification: We cross-check the submitted information against the official state labor department portal or legislative code.
  2. Impact Assessment: We determine whether the change affects active rule logic, scope documentation, or edge-case multipliers.
  3. Test Suite Update: We construct new automated unit tests validating the updated condition.
  4. Rule Deployment & Audit Trail: The rule registry is updated with the new verifiedOn timestamp and citation details.
